Beth Speak is Vice President, Legal at for GLP US. Beth role includes negotiating legal terms and conditions of industrial lease transactions and contracts, as well as managing various legal affairs for the company.
Prior to GLP, Beth was a Vice President in the legal department at DCT Industrial Trust Inc. Before her time at DCT, Beth was a Leasing Manager and Paralegal at Prologis, where she was responsible for negotiating all complex industrial lease transactions for Prologis’ US and Mexico portfolios, as well as managing its leasing database system.
Beth is based in Denver, CO.
